Snippet Sunday: At First Snowfall #snippetsunday #SPeekSunday #8Sunday

Welcome Back Everyone!

Today is Snippet #5 from my newly published story! I’m so excited to have you read it!

Today I’ll be sharing a snippet from my newly published story At First Snowfall.
I thought I would take a break from my Dia de los Muertos ~ Day of the Dead and show you a glimpse into my new story for Christmas time. Hope you enjoy the snippet.
To catch you up if you haven’t read any of the last three snippets here is what’s going on. Adelaide, a witch, fell in love with a married Prince, Alexander. Who not only is married to the most beautiful women in Galant but they started their love affair the night of the festival the Prince and Princess were having for their new born son Jayce. Now fast forward a few months. She is pregant with his child and she is freaking out because she hasn’t told him yet.
Skipping ahead a bit so we can get to where Prince Alexander meets Adelaide in their usual meeting spot.

Adelaide heard a noise behind her and turned to see Alexander. She just couldn’t get over how gorgeous he was.

He sauntered over to her and planted a soft kiss upon her lips.

She really hoped when she told him her news, he’d still be in a kissing mood.

“My love, my sweet Alex, we must speak,” Adelaide said, while walking hand in hand with him.

“Is everything all right?” Alexander halted their steps to peer at her.

“Yes, yes, I’m fine, Alex. I’m… I’m pregnant,” Adelaide said softly and held her breath.

Dun Dun Dun. Well the cat is out of the bag now. How will Alexander react?

Have a Merry Christmas, Cecilia. 🙂

    1. Cecilia Corona says:

That’s really what it seems but there is a twist indeed. Merry Christmas to you too. Thank you.

Here we are: the moment of truth—or the moment just before the truth!

I’m with Teresa: I really want to see how this could possibly have a happy ending!

Thank you. You too! Ya that wasn’t the greeting he was hoping for.

Just wait and see what’s around the corner.

  14. Now that’s a good news but a difficult situation. I can’t wait to see his reaction.
