Snippet Sunday: At First Snowfall #snippetsunday #SPeekSunday #8Sunday

Welcome Back Everyone!

Today is Snippet #20 from my newly published story! I’m so excited to have you read it!

Today I’ll be sharing a snippet from my newly published story At First Snowfall.
I thought I would take a break from my Dia de los Muertos ~ Day of the Dead and show you a glimpse into my new story for Christmas time. Hope you enjoy the snippet.

We’re jumping ahead a few paragraphs.

Alexander is distraught to find out about his fathers death and that it was by the hands of his wife and brother. Now Alexander is going to fight back and Adelaide knows this will not be good. Eric and Alexander are in a brawl.

***note this snippet is to fit a 8 sentence limit***

Prince Eric pushed him aside and stood as he brushed the dirt off his clothes. Then Prince Eric leaned down and rolled Alexander over.
Adelaide watched in horror as the man removed his dagger from his belt and stabbed Alexander in the chest.
“NOOOO!” Adelaide screamed but there was no point, Alexander was surely gone. Tears welled in her eyes.
She needed her hands free so she could use her magic. She head-butted the guard behind her, making him loosen his grip as he let out a screech of pain.
Adelaide pulled free and held her hands in front of her. She glared at Prince Eric and Princess Victoria.

Oh no now they have awakened the beast within Adelaide. Whats will she do next that her love Prince Alexander is dead? She has to make sure herself and her unborn baby is safe too!

Find out what happens next week for snippet #21 of my paranormal romance At First Snowfall.
