Snippet Sunday: At First Snowfall #snippetsunday #SPeekSunday #8Sunday

Welcome Back Everyone!

Today is Snippet #15 from my newly published story! I’m so excited to have you read it!

Today I’ll be sharing a snippet from my newly published story At First Snowfall.
I thought I would take a break from my Dia de los Muertos ~ Day of the Dead and show you a glimpse into my new story for Christmas time. Hope you enjoy the snippet.

Things are heating up in Galant. The Prince is cheating on his wife, his wife his cheating on him with his brother. Now the Prince’s mistress is pregnant and the princess and the brother are planning to get ride of them both. Yikes!

***note this snippet is to fit a 8 sentence limit***

The stone of Galant hadn’t been seen in a century, Lost in the war between Daemons. The war almost wiped out all the Fae in Galant.
The Daemons tried to take control of the castle, but fortunately they had failed. The stone belonged to Prince Eric and Prince Alexander’s father.
The stone itself held great power and it appeared Princess Victoria had it made into a ring and the stone could control anything and anyone.
No one has ever been able to tell the extent of its power, but anyone who wielded it would be the most powerful in all of Galant.
Where had she found it and How long had she had it?

  4. Uh oh. It does give the princess a huge advantage. Of course, if she really wants to kill someone, she can probably do it even without the ring. She sounds like one ticked off lady.

    1. Cecilia Corona says:

Yes, Victoria is a piece of work for sure.

  5. Nice introduction to an object that is clearly important for your story!

    1. Cecilia Corona says:

Thank you. It was something last minute I popped in.

  6. I’m wondering if she really has it. If it was so well hidden it’s very strange to have it come out so easily.

HMMMM. Keep tuning into to find out.

  7. I like the stone in the story–a talisman always adds a great element. 🙂

    1. Cecilia Corona says:

Not a good thing at all.
