<<This is the cover for the upcoming stand alone release.

Also coming soon is a YouTube page. I will be on there to do visual Reading Corner Friday’s and visual Snippet Sunday’s.

There may be times that I also let you in on a weird dream I had that has inspired stories and future ones too!

The YouTube page should be coming in about a month or so.

Now for this weeks snippet.

Last we left off with Jax using a crystal to see Marshall, when Jax is able to see Marshall he lets Scotlynn and Marshall in on what the police are looking into in Marshall’s and his fathers car accident.

Arturo and Valerie

“The detectives on the case believe Arturo was in on the plan to do you and your father in,” Jax told them. “Something about your stepmother’s story clued them in. Augustine doesn’t know what the police suspect, and we want it kept that way,” Jax said firmly and held my gaze for a moment before glancing at Marshall again. “You see once the detectives found out the brakes were clipped they immediately looked into Valerie’s whereabouts, the staff’s, and also the closest people to you and your father, who would also have access to your vehicle. When they discovered Arturo and Valerie had more than a work, employer relationship – they checked out their texts and phone calls – they knew something was off.”

“Wait.” Marshall held up his hand.” Why haven’t the police warned my father he’s in danger? They tried to kill my father and me – almost succeeded too!” Marshall’s tone was very hard and short and I don’t blame him for being upset.

Do you blame Marshall for being upset? He is in a coma and his father is still living in the house with the person who put him there!

Tune in next week for another Snippet Sunday .

Sharing Is Caring

  1. Yes, why haven’t they warned him? Love the book cover.

    1. Cecilia Corona says:

Thank you, I can’t stop looking at it lol.

  2. nancygoldberglevine says:

Hmm, yep, I can see why he’s upset–lots of tension.

    1. Cecilia Corona says:

      So much tension.

  3. Ed Hoornaert says:

I have the definite sense that there’s more going on here than meets the eyes.

    1. Cecilia Corona says:

      Oh that is for sure.

  4. Iris says:

Can’t blame him either, but I suppose … politics. Look forward to reading more.

    1. Cecilia Corona says:

Thank you so much for stopping by.

  5. P.T. Wyant says:

Good question. Why haven’t they told him?

    1. Cecilia Corona says:

Afraid it might spook the culprits.

  6. Aldrea Alien says:

Omg. No, they need to warn his dad asap!

    1. Cecilia Corona says:

      They sure do.

  7. And there’s the million dollar question! Please do tell why they haven’t warned them. Don’t they have an obligation as the police to do so, or at least be tailing them to keep them safe? It doubles as surveillance on the suspected. Can’t blame Marshall at all for being so upset.

    1. Cecilia Corona says:

I think there is more to it then Jax is leading on, and he wants to make sure Scotlynn is safe. Thanks for stopping by.
