Snippet Sunday: Afterlife 2016 Valentines Day Collection #SnippetSunday

Welcome Back Everyone!!!

Today is Snippet #5 of my story Afterlife. To catch you up Scotlynn can communicate with spirits. Not only that, she was able to open her own store front to help clients communicate with loved ones or even help get rid of nasty spirits. Starting with Chapter one today and we now know Marshall, Scotlynn’s old flame, has appeared in her shop….as a spirit.

Snippet One- Afterlife <<< Catch up here with Snippet one!

This snippet starts of in the year 2039, the date February 12th.

Bride in wedding dress stands on a cliff with a beautiful sea vi

“Marshall? Marshall freaking Kingston?” If I smiled any wider my eyes would disappear.

“Well, you sure haven’t changed a bit have you, my Scoty girl!” Marshall said in the worst Sean Connery voice. He’d never been good at impersonating him.

Marshall floated towards me, which made me aware he’d died recently and was still getting the hang of his spirit body. Poor sweet Marsh, what could have happened to him?

“So I guess I owe you an apology, huh?” Marshall met my gaze and
sadness filled his eyes.

Come back next Sunday to see why Marshall is feeling so apologetic.

  1. What could Marshal have done that even in death, he’s return to apologize? 🙂
