Snippet Sunday: Afterlife 2016 Be My Everything Valentine’s Day Collection #snippetsunday

Welcome Back Readers!!!

Last week we left off with the 7th installment of my story Afterlife.

Scotlynn had a visitor from her past and that visitor turned out to be her ex fiancee and not only did he come and visit, he’s dead. We found out Scotlynn and Marshall didn’t quite make it because of the fact that he never truly believed in her gift and she knew she could never truly be happy with someone if they didn’t believe in all that she is.

Check out the last installment here 7th Snippet for Afterlife

“No, no apologies needed,” I said and took a step closer to him. His spirit appeared different than any of the rest I’ve seen.

For me, spirits appeared as solid as any live human, until they walked through walls or someone walked through them. However, spirits have a light white glow around them. With Marshall, he wasn’t quite there.

I definitely could see right through him and there was no glow around him. Don’t get me wrong; I could still make out how he used to look when he was alive. Tall – just like his father.

Still had a thick head of honey-brown hair. His eyes weren’t quite the brown I remembered them to be with flecks of yellow, but it could be the fog-like effect of his spirit-self, preventing the true colors to really shine.

Come back on Friday for another review of books I absolutely think you will love. Then come back next week for Snippet Sunday and read the 8th installment of my story Afterlife!
